TRX-L series large injection molding machine is specially designed for car¡¯s bumpers, beach chairs, industrial boxes, and garbage cans etc. with short cycle time.
High frame for TRX400L~TRX1500L make it easy to take products from bottom of the frame. Even for large products the machines can run automatically Multi loop hydraulic system with function of charging and eject when molds open shorten much the cycle time.
CLAMPING UNIT
* Five points tri-toggle clamping unit, finite-element analysis for platen design and modular structure guarantee rigidity of clamp as well as prolonged operation life.
* Thread hole or T slot(export) for varies mould setting.
* Self-lubricated bushes in toggle system.
* Automatically centralized lubrication system composed of high-quality lubrication components, with oil-out alarm.
* Automatic meticulous mould adjustment according to the preset clamping pressure.
* Hydraulic support to moving platen, reduces friction between tie bar and platen.
* Higher frame make it easy to take out products and run automatic.
INJECTION UNIT
* Specially designed nitride steel screw for PE, PC(L/D 1:25, double flights) and bimetallic screw(option) for corrosive materials or fiber glass.
* Twin cylinder nozzle movement and balance on both sides ensuring no skewing on spray nozzle and no leaking of materials.
* Hydraulic shut off nozzle. Mold opens, ejects when charging.
